Free Comic Book Day | Saturday, May 7

It's Free Comic Book Day at comic shops all over the country. In New Mexico, we'll have 7000 BC members in Albuquerque at Astro-Zombies, Comic Warehouse, Lobo Anime and Comics, and in Santa Fe at True Believers over the course of the day.

Those stores will have 7000 BC's Free Comic Book Day 2011 edition of string featuring comics and previews from our members; we'll be posting it to the site on May 7th.

Free Comic Book Day | Saturday, May 1

It's Free Comic Book Day at comic shops all over the country. In New Mexico, we'll have 7000 BC members in Albuquerque at Astro-Zombies in the morning, at Comic Warehouse from 1:00-3:00, at Lobo Anime and Comics for most of the day (doing some sketches), and in Santa Fe at True Believers. We'll have copies of our Free Comic Book Day edition of string (to be posted later; see below about the whole domain host migration)

Free Comic Book Day | Saturday, May 2 | Comic Warehouse and Lobo Anime in Albuquerque, True Believers Comics and Gallery in Santa Fe, and comic shops around the country

It's time for the annual Free Comic Book Day, an opportunity to folks to walk into their local comic shop and walk out with a comic. 7000 BC will have a special edition of string available at Comic Warehouse and at Lobo Anime (where Pete and Paul will be doing sketches) in Albuquerque, and at True Believers Comics and Gallery in Santa Fe (where there are bound to be some members just hanging around).

In case you can't pick up a copy in person, download the Free Comic Book Day Edition of string, a selection of comics from the first 12 issues of 7000 BC's monthly anthology.

Saturday, May 3 is Free Comic Book Day at stores around the country. Look for comics from and members of 7000 BC at True Believers in Santa Fe, and in Albuquerque at the Comic Warehouse on Menaul and Planet X Toys & Comics.

Saturday, May 5 is Free Comic Book Day and Free Mini Comic Day at stores around the country. Members of 7000 BC will be participating in the festivities at True Believers in Santa Fe and the Comic Warehouse on Menaul in Albuquerque.
