October 7000 BC Meeting — and Dia de los Muertos Shrine-making

October 7000 BC Meeting | Saturday, October 13 | 11:00–2:00 — note earlier start time | Page One Books | Albuquerque, NM

At our October meeting, we'll be working on a Dio de los Muertos altar to be exhibited at the South Broadway Cultural Center's gallery. The piece will be comic-related, we're looking for your ideas and input — and your help in finishing it before the October 17 deadline.

At the meeting, we'll also be discussing and planning the following weekend's 24 Hour Comics Day, and our appearance at Tri Con the week after that. It's a busy month, so we're looking for assistance with all these events.

The meeting will start at 11:00 a.m. (earlier than usual) and will be held at Page One Books in Albuquerque, at the southwest corner of Montgomery and Juan Tabo.
